Emma Russell and her daughter Madison watch a giant larva hatch and calm it with the Orca, a device that sends out sound frequencies. Moments later, eco-terrorists storm the base and take both of them. The Orca becomes the object everyone fights over.

Monarch deduces that the three-headed Titan is King Ghidorah, an alien who may want to remake Earth. A fully transformed Mothra flies to the Bermuda base, pointing the team toward the wounded Godzilla.
