Mija and her grandfather live with Okja in the mountains, and Mija and the pig are inseparable. A Mirando representative climbs up, declares Okja the best super pig and announces that she will be taken to New York. Her grandfather hands Mija a gold pig figurine.

Devastated, Mija goes to Seoul to find Okja and sees her being loaded onto a truck. She shouts for the company man at the entrance and is stopped by staff.
