The road split by the fault
On the road, Ray and Emma are waved down by an elderly couple whose car has broken down, stopped just short of a huge fissure in the highway. They swap the truck for the couple's small airplane.

Blake, Ben and Ollie follow the evacuation route toward Coit Tower, the place her parents named. They find it engulfed in flames, and Blake has to come up with a Plan B.
